Hope you all had a wonderful day. I wanted to let you know that I'm going to be changing my format a little bit. I'm going to start showing you some of my favorite things to do right now which is alteration and 3-d projects. I love to alter notebooks, and as soon as I can get my hands on some tins, I will be doing those as well. I also love to make stationary boxes using Jackie Topa's tutorial. You can find it here. I am also planning on doing video tutorials in the near future so be sure to stay tuned and look for those.
Today's project is an altered spiral notebook. I got 5 in a pack at my local grocery store for $1. I then cut a piece of 3x5 cardstock and covered it. I then decorated the front using Studio G stamps and Wal-mart DSP. For more on covering spiral notebooks check out Angie's blog. She's got some awesome videos and I hope that I can do as well as she does when I start video tutorials.

I really like the colors in your notebook. I've been thinking about buying some notebooks now at the "back to school" sale prices for future use (hopefully!) Thanks for the lead to the tutorial video :-)
