Baby Steps

Good afternoon! Hope you all are having a wonderful day! Today's post is similar to yesterday's in that it is one from the beginning stages of my card making. This one is also all about layers, but I learned a little bit between the first card, and today's. The stamp set used here was a CTMH stampset and I can't remember the name. I even got it as a hostess item for having my first party, but for the life of me can't put my finger on it right now... anyway back to the card. I stamped the flower in two different colors with my eyes table level to make sure I got the layers correct. I then cut it out and layered it onto a peice of pink cardstock, then onto the green DSP I got from the $1 store and then onto a darker pink cardstock. Even though it is a beginner card, I'm still very proud of how it turned out. The only thing I would change about it today is I would add a ribbon to the bottom, and pop the flower up with pop dots.

Hope you enjoy! Thanks for stopping by and I'll see ya tomorrow!
Sorry about the lousy lighting, working on getting that fixed...Thanks for your patience!
